Catrina Bodamer is a legal and financial professional with expertise spanning law, finance, real estate, investment analysis, and regulatory compliance. Raised in several suburban communities throughout the Atlanta, Georgia, area—including Canton, Cumming, Alpharetta, and Marietta—Catrina Bodamer developed a strong work ethic from an early age. She balanced academics with extracurricular activities, participating in softball, cheerleading, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes while graduating as both an Honor Graduate and Academic Scholar. These formative experiences instilled the discipline, leadership, and perseverance that continue to shape her professional approach.

Catrina earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she also completed minors in Economics and History while attending on full academic scholarships. She later received an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, graduating with distinction in Finance and Marketing and scoring in the 95th percentile on the GMAT. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was selected for the Moot Court program in recognition of her legal research, writing, advocacy, and oral argument skills. During law school, she also served as Treasurer of the Moot Court Board, earned a perfect score in Real Estate Transactions, and achieved a 96th percentile score on the LSAT.

Further strengthening her credentials, Catrina earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and obtained FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, reflecting her broad expertise across both the legal and financial sectors.

Over the course of her career, Catrina has built experience across law, finance, and real estate. Her work has included litigation support, legal research, investment analysis, securities compliance, wealth management, and real estate brokerage. She has contributed to the launch of investment funds, performed valuation and cash flow analyses, supported regulatory compliance initiatives, advised clients on financial planning and investment strategies, evaluated public equity investments, and assisted with complex legal matters.
